Feet!

I had some weirdo dreams again last night. Like my old friend Scott's mom was mopping their kitchen floor and everyone kept coming through with muddy feet and she had to keep re-mopping. And in one Bruno kept going beyond our fence line in the front yard to sniff around and I had to keep telling him to "get back on the grass." Then I was in Arizona and my grandma was there and we were finding a place for a bunch elementary school kids to eat among these little food shack get-ups in a park setting. We looked up into a window of a building where teachers were putting about a billion plants into a school room. And then I woke up.

A couple minutes after I woke up I looked down at my feet to see this:

I cut myself shaving the other day and put a band-aid on the inside of my right ankle - see the little cut spot there? Somehow in my sleep the band-aid transferred to the outside of my left ankle. I'm blaming it on the dreams.

Brett and I went on base today and I got caught up looking at the shoes. I have been wanting/needing new running shoes and I finally found some!!

I'm so excited to go run in these babies! I already took Bruno for a short walk today to try them out. My feet slid around in them a little but I think it was the socks, I hope. We'll see! Either way, they are mighty comfortable and just the update to my current asics shoe. Wish me luck.
