Today is our second wedding anniversary, so I thought I'd post some pictures and memories in years past. These two years have been absolutely delightful; I have enjoyed them thoroughly. And lucky for me, I should get a lot more years to come.
Brett and I met at Million Air in the classic FBO cliche: counter girl and line guy meet and fall in love.

Yeah I'm in this picture too |
We flirted for a couple months, but it was really at the Hill Air Force Base Airshow in 2006 that we hit it off.

Where's Waldo? jk |
Brett asked me to hang out at his house the next week. We ended up playing Mario on the old school Nintendo, and correct me if I'm wrong Boo, but it seems to me that I kept winning, lol.
We started seeing each other more often and hangouts turned into dates and the dates into dating.
Our first kiss occurred on our third hang out and we officially started dating in July. We first said "I love you" on September 1st while sitting on his parents porch steps. He said it first :) I'm a chicken.

...we returned to our two bedroom apartment where we lived for almost a year. (Don't have many pictures of this, apartments suck.)

Our first pet - Gracie - in our apartment |
We moved into the house we are in now in May 2009, and have been enjoying home ownership and our second year of marriage since.

Hey Jess...I have been a crappy blog looker for the past two months. I finally sat down and caught up on some blogs yours included). I have to say that I absolutely love your blog. You are one of those writers that writes in such a fun way and make any topic interesting! This post brought a little tear to my eye. You and Brett are so perfect for each other, and I've said it before, but I am so, so, so happy he found you and that you are in our family. I wish I could see you guys more often!
