Oh boy...I made cookies. I can only do this about twice a year as I tend to eat
waaay too much cookie dough. I think I did okay this time, and I've only eaten one cooked one...so far. The recipe for these come from a blog called Baking Bites,

350 degrees for 8-10 minutes and voila:

I'm making these and also enchiladas for mi familia tonight; so another post to come later. I'll be burning a few calories and building up my appetite while I wait for these babies to cook in the crockpot:
